Base price for a CUSTOM CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEET is 30 USD!
- This includes both player characters AND NPCs! If they operate off a playable character model, I'll be willing to make a sheet for it! Ask me about boss model and minion sheet pricing if you're interested!

- I specialize in accessible sheets that are pleasing to look at and easy to read. My end goal in mind is an artist getting your sheet and being able to easily see who your character is, what their key details are, and quickly knowing what needs to be drawn.
- Because of this, I try to keep my sheets more on the sleek & minimalistic side of things. There is a difference in "reference sheets meant to showcase a character as elaborate art" and "reference sheets meant to showcase a character for elaborate art". I consider myself a specialist in the ladder!Base price ($30 USD) includes:
- front + back view of your character in an outfit of your choice.
- 2 headshot closeups of your character
- name plate with text
- description box with text
- all individual transparent images used sent to you alongside the final product (optional)

Reference Sheet Addons

- For an additional fee on top of the base price, you can select from a variety of addons to customize your sheet further!
- If you'd like an addon that's not listed here, please do not be afraid to ask me! I'd be more than happy to work with you!Character Addons:
- 1+ side view of your character's main outfit (+3 USD)
- 1+ alternate outfits (front view only) (+3 USD each)
- 1+ additional views of alternate outfits (EX: back view and/or side view) (+3 USD each)
- 1+ full body personality pose of your character doing an emote/pose/action of your choice (+3 USD each)
- 1+ additional headshot closeups (+2 USD each)Item Addons
- 1+ accessory closeups (+2 USD each depending on detail)
- 1+ detail closeup (EX: clothing emblem, filigree print, etc.) (+1 USD)
- 1+ minon closeup (+2 USD each)

- weapon color palettes (+3 USD each if you make me color pick, FREE if you provide a palette for me to use)

modding fees

- I am comfortable with downloading mods and custom poses. You will need to send these to me, however. I'm not gonna search for you.- All private/paid mods and poses will be removed off my hard drive once your commission is complete. Respecting creator permissions within the community is extremely important to me! If you have a mod that you would rather I not personally use for whatever reason, please inform me in advance!- With poses, make sure the pose creator is comfortable with their poses being used in a commissioned reference sheet! In the case a creator is not okay with it and you do not inform me, you will be at fault. Not me. I am not ToS hunting for you.- Characters I deem heavily modded will receive an additional +5 USD fee on top of the base price of the sheet. This is a complexity fee that I will communicate to you prior to taking payment. This will be run case by case and I will communicate this fee to you in advance when I see how many mods I will need to be installing.- Making me install any kind of NSFW mod will add an additional +10 USD fee on top of the base price of the sheet. This does not include making me install body mods for the sake of gear compatibility. This additional fee will also be communicated with you prior to taking payment.- If you try to make me install NSFW Lalafell mods I will immediately decline your commission and add you to my personal blacklist. This is something that makes me insanely uncomfortable. Don't even try it.

THE BORING LEGAL STUFF

Basic Terms of Service:
- The reference sheets I make are for personal use only.
- By default, your reference sheet will be used in future examples on my end. I will also post your reference sheet on my social media profiles as a form of self promotion. By default, you will be pinged in the post I make marking you as the commissioner. It is your responsibility to communicate with me in advance if you would like your sheet to remain private!
- The watermark is there for a reason. Do not crop out, remove, erase, or otherwise edit it. Leave the thing alone. Do not claim my work as your own.
- By commissioning me you agree to all the terms listed here. Failure to comply may result in termination without refund and your name added to a personal blacklist. This ToS is linked in every invoice I send out. It's your responsibility to read this over.Misc. Payment ToS:
- USD payment through Square or Paypal invoice only. I heavily prefer Square due to the fees that come with using Paypal.
- No payment plans. No crypto. No NFTS. No gift cards. No gil (it's technically RMT. weird. i know).
- Tips, while optional, are welcome and appreciated. Tips also help me get a better idea of how I should be pricing these things. If you feel like I am undercharging, tipping me is a great way to communicate that you think I should be charging more.Regarding Toyhouse:
- If you upload my work to Toyhouse, please credit my profile @allos. This makes it easier to keep track of my work. You will likely receive a notification from me requesting your reference sheet be added to my gallery on the site.
- For Toyhouse exclusively, I will consider character, art trades, and vouchers as a form of payment. If you're interested in this, please comment on my Toyhouse gallery with your offer. Please be aware that I absolutely reserve the right to decline any trade requests I'm not interested in!Regarding Payment:
- After communicating what you would like on your sheet, I will add up your total and confirm it with you. Once we have reached an agreement, I will either start on your commission right then and there OR let you know what position you hold in my queue.
- If you are holding a spot on my queue, you will not be charged until I reach your spot and have your files, mods, and character's appearance data ready.
- My waitlist typically goes in order of request. I will let you know when your slot is up! Please communicate with me in advance if you would like off my waitlist.
- Your finished product should be complete within a couple hours to a week of me receiving payment. This largely depends on my schedule and I will communicate with you if there will be a delay on return time.
- You are free to poke me for updates. Just don't be pushy.Regarding Edits and Fees:
- Be absolutely sure in what you want from the start! The more details in your initial request, the better!
- There will be a fee for edits that would require me to go back ingame and take another set of screenshots.
- Edits that are related to mistakes on my end are free of charge!Regarding Refunds:
- I will refund you in full if I feel like I can not fulfill your commission for whatever reason.
- I do not take refund requests due to the nature of my work cycle.
- To explain further, if I take payment that means I am actively working on your commission that day. Because of this, it makes it difficult to do refunds when taking payment equates to me actively sitting down that day to work on your product.
- If for some reason my product takes more than a week to get back to you AND I do not communicate this delay with you prior, you are free to poke me about a refund.

HOW TO CONTACT AND REQUEST

Looking to commission me? Great! The buttons at the bottom of the page will direct you to my various means of contact."Which Platform Should I Contact You Through?"
- Twitter will get you the fastest response from me. When in doubt, throw a DM at my Twitter.
- The Discord link at the bottom will take you to the server I host my reference sheet commissions out of. If you want to message me via Discord, but don't want to add me to your friends list, join the Discord and then message me.
- Alternatively, you can manually add me on Discord (DAVE#0001) and contact me that way.
- Please only contact me through Toyhouse if you are wanting to offer payment via character, art, and/or voucher trade. My replies are spotty on there otherwise.
- Please clarify you're wanting to commission me somewhere in your FIRST message. Please do not just DM me "hi :)" without any elaboration. Please.
